Laser Profiling

We offer our customers a state-of-the-art laser profiling service. This enables us to quickly and efficiently cut a wider range of materials for many different applications. It also allows us to complete previously arduous tasks effortlessly, ensuring precision and saving time.

This has enhanced the service we are able to provide to existing customers by shortening turnaround times. This means that for some orders we can meet same day/next day deadlines. It has sped up the fabrication process by assisting in the creation of curved flashings and mitred corners. Preparing and cutting on the laser first means we have a defined structure for accurately cutting, folding and welding items and the factory can complete orders quickly yet systematically.

Our Bystronic Bystar 3015 laser can cut up to 25mm Mild Steel, 20mm Stainless Steel and 12mm Aluminium which has improved our capacity for manufacture and made us accessible to new customers in more industries including automotive.
